1. Can I change my order (shipping address, size, color, style)?
If you need to change your order information, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible (within 48 hours) after placing your order and provide the new information. Our customer service team will process your request. Since we can only change the address before the goods are unpacked and shipped, you need to contact us as soon as possible to modify the order information.
2. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to cancel your order and inform us of the reason, please contact us as soon as possible: Service@MinoCustom.com. We will try our best to fulfill your cancellation request, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee success.
Note: You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, a 10% handling fee will be charged since the system has already placed the order for you.
If your package has already been shipped, we're sorry, we cannot cancel it due to interception failure.
